Christian residence
Ever wondered what it must be like for an unbeliever to try and come over to Christianity?
The difficult choice they stumble upon when they hit the "Christian market" - so many churches, each with their own “god” and customs. When did we decide that it was okay to discriminate between race and status? Do we not understand that there is only one God and that this same God created us equally under the One, namely Jesus Christ, with a true love for each other, as a ground rule, to obey His commandments?
One evening in the latter part of 2004, after God saved me from the life that I was living, God asked me to build this temple, which He will use to gather His bride before his second coming.
True to myself I started working on excuses why this temple wouldn’t work and why I wasn’t the right guy for this huge task. I was looking for answers everywhere and eventually found confirmation in His Word. Jeremiah 1: 7-8 "But the Lord said to me,' Do not say "I am a youth," because everywhere I send you, you shall go, and all that I command you, you shall speak. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you,' declares the Lord."
The Lord then opened my eyes to the value of a temple like this, and to the difference that a structure like this could have within a very lost world!
In the dream that I had, the Lord showed me a temple that looked very similar to a modern temple with a capacity of 200 000 people. In the temple, I saw a crowd that filled all the chairs, and they were worshipping Jesus with song and dance. In the centre of the Temple stood a spiritual leader, confessing the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit filled the people and as they gave their lives to Jesus, tears of joy were running down their faces. From all directions, I saw sad people coming towards the temple, and when they left they shone with a radiance of love and laughter.
